In Genesis 28:10–22, we find a story that takes us through grief, loss, and isolation. We read about how a man named Jacob allowed the not-preferred place to become the pillow that anointed his next steps for purpose. In this space of hopelessness, he journeys through a barren piece of land where he rests his head on a rock and dreams of a ladder that'll ultimately establish the promise for his life. This is how the vision for Ladder House Co came into existence. Birthed through hardships such as divorce, cancer, and the death of a spouse, Ladder House Co has become a space of empowerment for many around the world.

By partnering with you in the barren space of life, we strive to reach into hearts and call forth the promise of life by giving you the tools necessary to win. We do that by reaching into homes, churches, and businesses by providing group mentorship, personal coaching, and a traveling ministry where lives are being transformed from unwanted valleys into undefeated voices for the kingdom. You are not being punished in this season of questioning; you're simply being positioned for the destiny God has for you. LHC has the vision to create communities that walk in the identity of Christ despite the circumstances confronting them. 

By reaching down the ladder to pull you into the legacy God has for you, LHC starts within the home. Nothing in life can shift without your family being the focus of the forward motion. By joining you online with Zooms, mentorship, and coaching, we will empower you through worship, teaching, and digital resources for your family, churches, and personal development. From there, we want to partner with you locally by gathering in houses, churches, businesses, or barns around the United States.
